Refund policy

Digital downloads

Each Plannerly guide is digital content made available immediately after purchase, so the usual 14-day cancellation period does not apply once the download is available (you agree to this at checkout).

If something is wrong

If the file will not open, is incomplete, or is not as described, email rhysh1264@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. We will send a working copy or, if we can't put it right, refund you in full. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Not what you expected?

If you are disappointed for any other reason, tell us within 14 days. We read every message and will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
